Explain It instilled an underdog mentality in me that I carry everyday. You don’t have to be from the big cities to be successful. If you could go back and give your high school self one piece of advice, what would it be? Why? Focus and take everything more seriously. There are  so many other people in the world hoping to do the same things you want to do and a majority of them are ahead of you because they’ve experienced more opportunities. Control what you can control in your environment and maximize your opportunities so when you do get into the real world you’ll be fully prepared for what’s ahead. What skills do you believe are most important for today’s students? Explain Adaptability, education, being a forward thinker. Be able to adapt on the fly and understand no two days are the same. Know that without education you will not be able to unlock a lot of doors and lastly don’t follow a crowd, be able to think on your own and always wonder what’s next because you might be the reason for the next best thing. For Fun: What was your favorite school lunch? Chicken sandwiches For Fun: What song would have been your “theme” song in high school? “Mr. Carter”- Lil Wayne, featuring Jay Z
